For now, here are some simple guidelines.
1) Please nothing sexually explicit. If your rp really needs to go there, simply do a cut away and take it to PM's and messengers. Even though some of these are private or closed rp's doesnt mean that other people will not be reading them besides yourself.
2) Be respectful. Please don't post in the RP unless you have been invited to do so. If you wish to create a character to go into the actively running story line, please PM and ask permission unless it states it is an Open RP setting.
3) Please Tag the RP's with a setting, in the rp story line of your choice. Say if you where posting in Arcadia Gardens if would look like this, " *(Closed)*-(Name of rp or characters involved.) " or if your RP has no room of its own, post in the general RP area, with a tag for your rp such as "(Open) New rp setting name - (Characters involved) " Hopefully this makes sense.
4) Death is up to the creator, and god modding or twinking is prohibited.
5) Read and understand any rules regarding the story-line you're currently in. IE: Special restrictions that are unique to that setting/world. IG: Only humans exist, so no other races.
6) If Rp fighting (if needed) cannot be handled by a simple give and take system (There is a pre-determined winner in your fight but you both take damage during the rp for fairness.) then you may use a dice system. It can be as simple as a yes/no Hit/miss system if needed. (this rule may be amended)
7) Have respect for the worlds creator on all decisions. Please feel free to talk things out, but if its been determined that there is a ruling detrimental to the world (IG: Only humans exist, it is a modern world. So, a western dragon character wouldnt fit in) respect it and move on.
8) If you feel something is happening unfairly or someone is taking liberties with your character you do not agree with, please contact the sub-forum's moderator.
9) If no rules are posted specific to the rp in the sub-forum, please default to asking permission before making any assumptions. It pays to be courteous.
